
“My husband wanted to join Krav Magav last year and talked me into joining with him. I was reluctant but went with him to the intro class. It was fun and I thought it would be good to learn some self defense as I travel a lot to unfamililar places. Joining Krav was one of the best decisions in my life. After a few months of training, I started losing weight. I’ve lost 25 pounds to date. It also is a great stress reliever (you actually get to hit and kick things and it’s just feels good). I just went to my annual physical a couple of months ago, and my doctor took me off of my glucose meds, my high cholesterol meds and my high blood pressure meds.
