Fight your way to fitness: Krav Maga develops both strength and character

Fighting has never been my cup of tea. I don’t even like to argue. If I’m ever aggressive, it’s on the race course, running or cycling down the competition. To this day, I can hardly believe I once went so far in school as to shove a bully into a locker. Still, something about Krav Maga fitness got me going. Not only did I find it fantastic exercise but I also found that part of me actually enjoys wailing on a punching bag. Gaining some ability to better defend myself wasn’t bad, either.
