	News from Fight Fit – Krav Maga! Grand Opening Events! July 19th and 20th, 2008 Joins us for our Grand Opening Weekend for FREE intro classes and special events. Saturday, July 19th: 10:00am Free Intro to Self Defense Class (one hour) 12:00pm Free Intro to Self Defense Class (one hour) 2:00pm Free Campus Safety and Self Defense (one hour) for High School and College students 1:00pm to 4:00pm Hand Gun Defense Seminar Facing an attacker is frightening. When they have a hand gun pointed at you it can be paralyzing. Learn how to defend yourself against a hand gun attack. This seminar cost is $60 and requires some prior martial art experience. Sunday, July 20th: 11:00am Free KMX Kids Self Defense Class (ages 7 - 12)(45 minutes) 1:00pm to 4:00pm Fight Clinic Guest instructor and officer of the Akron Police department and BJJ instructor will conduct a seminar using defensive techniues from Muay Thai & BJJ and how they apply to s street attack in stand up fighting as well as ground fighting and submissions. This seminar cost is $60 and requires some prior martial art experience. Take both seminars and save - both for only $99 All participants in all events will receive a raffle ticket for great prizes such as free memberships, Krav Maga clothing, training equipment, even a brand new 37 inch flat screen TV. Call 440-234-KRAV to register for all events. We are please to report that one of our students Trey Duplessie won his second MMA fight on May 9th, 2008. We are very proud of his accomplishment. Way to go, Trey!!! College Safety: Intro to Self Defense for all high school and college girls. We are having a special seminar on Saturday, July 19th from 2:00pm to 3:00pm to give girls the opportunity to learn some basic strikes, punches, kicks as well as self defense against some common threats such as choke from the front and bearhugs. A special one month membership of Krav Maga training will be available to participants so they have the opportunity to further their training before returning to school. Cost of this one hour intro is only $10. The National Krav Maga training center is having a Summer Camp program for all Krav Maga students.
