KM Teen Class – Saturday Mornings at 11:00am (Ages 13 – 15)
This one hour class is designed to be a great cardio workout as well as teach teenagers how to defend themselves against an attack. There will be pad work, bag work, interval training as well as learning how defend against common chokes, bearhugs and headlocks. The principles of Krav Maga, its philosophy, how and when it should and should not be used are incorporated into discussions throughout the classes. Be prepared to work hard.
